Jan Alexander is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and a trained coach in Mindfulness for Sport Performance Enhancement.

His work combines physical preparation, performance systems, and sustainable athlete development. Jan has experience in private training, group fitness, and team sports from youth to the professional level through an internship that included working with the North Carolina Courage of the NWSL. His own athletic background includes basketball, running, cycling, and triathlon.

Jan is also a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience in accounting, internal controls, process improvement, and system implementation. That background shapes how he approaches sport performance: not just as workouts on a page, but as a system of decisions, feedback loops, and measurable outcomes.

His coaching philosophy is simple: sustainable performance is a structural advantage.
